boxing gloves, What is the difference between bag and training gloves?
I box as a form of exercise. I plan to buy a new pair of gloves ... but I'm lost in what was to come between the two ... Puch gloves usually with a partner or a coach and a bag Liitle ... Spar and time again ... I plan on getting a 12 oz glove, I wonder if it's good for me ... I'm 5'8 "and 190 pounds ... This is a good brand .. Any recommendations would be appreciated ...
Boxing gloves are thicker. I recommend gloves from ringside, Everlast is good, but too expensive (i box with a budget). mast when needed gloves 16 oz not hurt your opponet or friend.remember the mast would not have to beat your friend's head off score only, exercise and fun.
