Arm Elbow
Why do I have bumps on my arm between the elbow and shoulder and how can I get rid of them?

They are a bit sensitive (except touch) shots in my arm where the biceps. Usually softer feel when I put moisturizer on them, but that does not have them. How do I rid of them completely?

I think that you speak of keratosis pilaris and I know their genetics. This is what I found online. I hope to answer your question: keratosis pilaris (KP) is very common genetic follicular condition manifested by the appearance of rough bumps on the skin and hence colloquially referred to as "gooseflesh." Appears most often on the arms back and higher external (though the arm may also be affected) It may also occur in the legs and thighs, flanks, buttocks or any part of body except glabrous skin (like the palms or soles). Less commonly, lesions appear on the face and may be confused with acne. In the world, KP affects 40 to 50% of the estimated adult population and approximately 50 to 80% of all adolescents. It is more common in women than in men. Which vary in degree, cases of KP can range from minimal to severe. [Edit] There are several different types of keratosis pilaris, including keratosis pilaris (red, inflamed shots), Alba (rough, bumpy skin with no irritation), rubra faceii rash (red cheeks) and related disorders. Many people with keratosis pilaris do not know they have (if the condition is mild). While KP resembles goosebumps, it is characterized by the appearance small rough bumps on the skin. As a result, is often confused with acne. Keratosis pilaris occurs as excess keratin, a protein Natural skin, accumulate in the hair follicles forming hard plugs (process known as hyperkeratosis). Bearing the consequences aesthetic the condition most often appears as a proliferation of small hard bumps that are seldom sore or itchy. Although people with experience This keratosis pilaris state throughout the year is during the colder months when moisture levels in air are lower than the problem may be exacerbated and skin "chicken" are able to look and feel more pronounced in color and texture. [edit] Treatment There is no cure for keratosis pilaris, however, are not effective treatments available that make your symptoms less apparent. The condition often improves with age and may even disappear completely in adulthood, although some are signs of keratosis pilaris for life. Treatment is primarily symptomatic and should be repeated. Regardless, exfoliation, intensive moisturizing, Lac-Hydrin, Retin A and lotions containing of alpha-hydroxy acids or urea may be used to temporarily improve the appearance and texture of affected skin. Milk baths may provide some cosmetic improvements due to lactic acid - a natural alpha hydroxy acid in milk. Sunlight may also be useful, but it increases the risk of skin cancer. Small amounts of vitamin A can be used orally, but only with exteme caution due to potential liver damage. Consult a dermatologist or family doctor before taking supplements of vitamin A because of the potential effects of toxic vitamins. " Scratching and KP collection packed ignited (if you do not already appear in red), and in many cases of bleeding. Over-harvesting may leave scars. Wearing clothing that is softer around the affected areas may also help reduce the marks, as the constant rubbing of clothing (such the skinny jeans) is similar to repeatedly scratching the bumps. Many contain a hair blows KP flesh is rolled. This is the result of skin keratinized "capping off" the hair follicle, preventing hair. Instead, the hair grows inside the follicle, often encapsulated, and can be removed like a ingrown hair, but can leave scars. Food Allergies May also aggravate the condition and causes hyper-keratosis pilaris, Gluten is a common culprit (Source: (Medical MD), Oral presentation).

Cleveland Indians Team Report The current situation of the Indians is perhaps best reflected by the fact that his initial launch is planned the last day in a championship game in early May 2008.
