What exercises are effective for bulk up my legs?
I am a receiver ... and the greatest of our legs .. the best ... but must be muscular. I have a lot in the film, but my legs arent going to increase muscle mass. They are just thinning. What exercises will actually thank you to loose my legs? In advance guys!
Weighted squats, leg press, weighted calf raises. Basically, any exercise of the leg with the weight. Do representatives of low weight is heavy, you can handle 10-15 reps, 4 sets up a second session. good luck!
