Has anyone tried Revlon Custom Effects Lowlights?
I over-highlighted my hair, and am looking to dye some of my blond tones back to my natural color of light brown. Would this do that/has anyone tried it? Also, where can you buy this? I haven't been able to find it anywhere besides drugstore.com. Thanks!!
You dont necessarily need to get that lowlights kit, just get a hair dye that matches your haircolor and apply it to sections of your hair.
