Need replacement cables for bike?

Reebok bought a stationary bike, which arrived with a broken wire at one end. Is A 7-pin data cable in the United Kingdom at the bike computer with one end male and female and 7 son of different color, bring both ends a little something White Box. It seems that the extremes can take up to 14 pin. Does anyone know somewhere online I could get a replacement cable? I'm still hunting supplier of bicycles and Reebok for a replacement. He could return the bike to the supplier, but their website says they will not accept returns without the original packaging and I did not take the packaging because it couldnt see the end of the cable damage as it left within the power of the bike.

It is more likely is that specifically for the bike, so it is unlikely to get a replacement other than the manufacturer. Talk to the CAB and see their rights if necessary - exercise bike is not suitable for this purpose. I do not think the provider can refuse to take back and refund your money. There are also rules of trade that can help. You may need to be persistent, but this is a large sum of money you spend in good faith - the supplier must perform its part of the transaction, or refund your money.
