What is the best type of phone card to use Iraq to Jersey?
My husband is military and currently in Iraq because because there is no check that the DSN phone must use a phone card at a payphone, we used Card AT & T phone recharging, but I got 50 million minutes (1000 units) (witch ends up being $ 67 with taxes and fees extra), which will only come to talk about 80 minutes or less if more than 1 call. For me, it's a bit shocking to my step-father can buy a card for $ 5 at the store in Asia and speak at least 25min (also international). Is there a phone card out there is designed for the military card or phone offers the best rates calls for Iraq?
