Join a fitness club and start exercising.

I decided to take an aerobics class for seniors.

I bent, twisted, gyrated, jumped up and down, and perspired for an hour. But,

By the time I got my leotards on,

The class was over.

actually, it has not happened to me, the 'real' roxy tries to keep me fit by running in the park,on the beach...every day !!

Top 250 Optimo tracks revealed, list inside
It was recently confirmed that the legendary Optimo would end their residency at Glasgow's Sub Club, after a whole thirteen years of prosperity for JD Twitch and JG Wilkes. Sad news in some regards.
