Flex more than 110 killed by a wrist shot?

I have an Easton Synergy 100 Flex Right now. Its seen better days, and I'm looking a new mast (Probably the S17) and 110 IM plans flex. I have people tell me it's over kill for a shot wrist, and I rarely do several shots at a time, practice (not waterproof). Right now my synergy 100 flex, and I'm not sure what part of the bending is due to or because im putting more burden on the shooting. Additional Information: Im 225 pounds, play D. Play whipped mens league. It was one of the hardest shots in the wrist level, I play in. If my backup was 85, whenever I go to load the stick is bent and ends so much of the position.

If you're 225 pounds and playing defense, I'm not surprised his staff of 85 curves flex too! I would definitely go with the stick flex 110 may seem a bit difficult at first, but after you get used to the stick, he felt the benefits long term. For a more rigid with a rod, you'll use much of it before having to replace it. You can also get a lot more power in his shot with a pole more severe, as it is strong enough to use it, and you're tipping the scales at 225 I guess you are.
