I need to find metal studs baseball in youth sizes?

My son is 11 and wears a size 3.5 in men. It need metal spikes for a travel Baseball Team will play, but can not find anywhere on small steel rods. All metal clips I've seen in stores are the sizes for men build around the waist 7. Does anyone know whether (Nike, Mizuno, Reebok, etc.) makes even steel rods in sizes from youth? I searched online but in vain. Please help!
