What do you think is better to treat muscle aches and stiff?
I was in a serious car accident last Thursday, out of my car! : '(That I received whiplash, Seat Belt burn and bruised ribs. I am still very painful and stiff. I really want too many drugs prescribed emergency physician for me because I'm super tired and confused mind ( "chief of medicine" affect). I use ice and all day and heating pads. This helps, as well as the possibility of ibuprofen. What do you think I should do? The hot baths does not contribute and my doctor gave me good health in spite of my injuries above
I think we simply relax all day and everyone expects of you hand and foot. you should not go if you are very sore.keep with heating pads and packs ice. Give them time. which is the only real remedy. time and plenty of rest!
