Jazz shoes split sole or full sole?

I just started jazz and im going to get the shoes this weekend. Should I have only shared or single track? (im 12 if that helps) thank you

hey! I am 13 years old and started jazz when I was 12 years too! So I prefer only divide because there is more flexibility in their espcially to do things like jazz pirouettes. We hope you enjoy jazz, it's fun, no? Love Annie xxx
