Mold in my apartment because of flooding on the carpet?

I moved into my apartment of 06 March and in June began carpet flooded with water. Needless to say there is damage to the carpet and now the mold on the carpet and walls. I sent letters the Administration and had the guys go out and clean the carpets and painting walls without treating the problem. Moreover, its seems to be black mold growing in the bathroom. Their are holes in walls where spiders and ants are coming. So I do not see that before. But there is black mold behind the toilet toilets. It appears that maintenance has tried to cover a lot of damage in an apartment with paint and wood. In the bathroom painted on the walls for painting stands out because of moisture in the bathroom. and apartments around me were completely abandoned. to break the damage.
