What type of heating is necessary for training / sports session?
If you can answer these questions, too. How much time must be devoted to training? And finally, why some experts say that stretching is useless?
5 minutes of warming - Get the pulse high, the major muscle groups to prepare for, extend to reduce the risk of injury. I do not know why people do would not say stretch, I've never heard of that. Do not forget to warm down after the session!
