Will killing Minnesota Twins Milwaukee Braves?
I read somewhere that the reason for the Milwaukee Braves was moved in Atlanta as the Minnesota Twins arrived in 1961 and took much of what had been Braves Territory: Minnesota, Dakota, parts of Iowa, Wisconsin, further west, which is closer to Minneapolis to Milwaukee. Is there any truth to that?
The assistance of the Braves started to decline in 1961, before Milwaukee Titletown II. I was in Milwaukee in 1964 with my family, and we went to see a Braves game at County Stadium cons Giants, with Mays and Aaron both in the game, was a weeknight, and there is probably no more than 15,000 participants. If this game was in New York or Chicago, it was easily 35,000 +. The following year, 1965 was his last year in Milwaukee. In fact, attendance was low for the Brewers during the first 7 or 8 years there. It was not until he was finally Bambi Bandits 1970 that began drawing. Personally, I do not think Milwaukee is a good sports town, the Brewers did not fire, and the NHL has never really considered as a site of Milwaukee expansion, and I always had a space there. The Nba Team, the lowest levels, not to steal.
