How come a woman and a drunk are calling the Meinike Bowl Game?

I tune in to watch Navy beat Boston College, and a WOMAN is doing the play by play, and her color commentator is clearly DRUNK. What the crap is going on here?

Hey Angie, a woman can't call play by play's? Oh...my...god...listen hear Georgia. Sometimes women know a lot about sports, a lot more than some guys, which is quite cool if you really think about it. And how would you even know the color commentator is drunk. maybe you're drunk. i wouldn't know because i wasn't out with you and your girlfriends drinking apple martinies talking about that cute guy sitting three seats down the row til oh so late. now, annabelle, maybe you should forget about whose calling whatever and just concentrate on the game and the action..you know, your love of sports. i think you remember where you left your love of sports, right next to that Victoria's secret catalogue with that lacey pink number on page twelve that you were so afraid to buy because it made your butt look soo big. now just go watch the rest of the bowl season...go on..skip to the television...c'mon...skip to your loo...Atta Girl.
